We offer retired or semi-retired people of all ages the opportunity for learning, companionship and fun. The u3a is run by volunteers and open to all. Simply choose a group, or groups, that interest you and attend their regular meetings, making new friends along the way. Come along to hear our monthly speaker in the Grange Hall, or attend one of our social trips. We are a part of the wider u3a but run autonomously by local volunteers. We have over 600 members from Radcliffe and surrounding areas. It’s just £20 a year to join and remember that there is no lower or upper age limit.
If there is not a group that interests you then why not form one yourself? We are always open to new ideas.
Interest Groups
Our group leaders inspire and guide over 40 vibrant interest groups, bringing people from the village together each week on different days.
Trips and Outings
Our dedicated Trips and Outings Committee create exciting days out by coach for our members. See more, including the diary for the coming year.
